What's Covered

Our warranty typically covers functional defects, manufacturing flaws, and issues arising from normal use. We aim to repair or replace the product, or offer a refund if a repair or replacement isn't feasible.

What's Not Covered

The warranty generally does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality. For example, a cracked screen from a drop wouldn't typically be covered.

Resolution Time

We strive to process warranty claims efficiently. Once we receive your item (if required), resolution typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the nature of the issue.
